3. Post Sophronic Dialogue: The client can speak freely and confidently about the experience of the session. Directions for the next session are clarified and put in place
2. Facilitation of the session (exercises, techniques..)
4. Recommendations (proposals for daily exercises) -> closing.
During the first interview, it is important to create an alliance with the person because a relationship of trust must be established: we are not there to judge, interpret, minimize. We are in an active, benevolent listening that will allow the person to make his way.
This alliance also makes it possible to establish a framework, a contract, a commitment.
On the other hand, as a sophrologist we are bound by professional secrecy.
